  • HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! They will charge you for a "no show" even if you cancel the reservation. DO NOT USE THIS ROTTEN COMPANY! Customer service rep actually told me that because of their horrible customer service reps who did not document the reservation itself NOR the cancellation, they feel the charge is valid!! Could not even believe my ears. DO NOT USE THEM. Use Avis or Enterprise. They are much better.
