  • I am one of those people. I wanted to see 100 houses before I was ready to buy one. I wanted everything, and only at the price I wanted it. Megan Berry worked with me on an accelerated timeline, and covered so much ground in a short time to find me my dream home. She made herself available for questions even after the sale was complete. True pro! Her genuine desire to help her clients accomplish their goals shines through. Less than a year later, I had invested deeply into the home, but an opportunity arose which took me out of state. This put me ahead of any schedule I may have had to sell or rent the home. We discussed it and came to a game plan quickly. Megan then worked with me through extremely challenging circumstances on the other side of the table now. Seemed like something came up every other week, but she knew what I needed to make the project work. Once again, she went above and beyond to help me. She mediated our position well and helped me manage a very emotional sale. My hats off to her and any team she is part of. No better resource than good people. She is one of the best!
