  • Discount Tire has me for life. Woke up this morning to 4 inch gash in my front tire. Went in to Chandler store and Preston (Ex Navy HM2) took care of it with 2 new tires on the back and rotated back to front. Great customer service and very fast store. Driving across Phoenix, the car felt like a roller skate drifting in the lane. Put some air in al 4 but that didnt help. Just didnt feel right and driving over 65 was scary. Took it into the Litchfield store this afternoon and told Grayson (nice guy) what happened. Told him i found great reviews on the Arizonan (Cooper mid-range) tires and he said they were great but for whatever reason they weren't working. He upgraded me to the next best set and sent me on my way. The car doesnt feel like an accident waiting to happen and I couldn't be happier.
