  • Super disappointed! I have gone to Oasis several times before today and always had great service. I will never go there again. I bought the highest package available and tipped $10. When I put my daughter in the car I noticed stains on the side of the car. I asked someone to clean the spots and the spots wouldn't come off. The spots were new on the car. Raffel the manager during the shift told me that this was my fault and they only used soap and water. The spots still wouldn't come up and I kept getting attitude from Raffel. When I asked to speak to his boss he told me to come back at 7 am. I asked for a phone number and he told me to read the sign hahaha! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!Terrible customer service. Raffel should find a new job where he doesn't need to interact with people. To top if off one of my car stickers was taken off my car. Very upset about this experience and I will never go again.
