  • I heard about BYTS from a friend who was very satisfied. I'm so glad I went there. I brought in my desktop as it was on its last legs but I wanted them to check it out. Hard drive was going and it wouldn't have been worth saving. I had brought my laptop in and they copied everything over and made sure all was okay. I am so happy with their knowledge, friendliness and how fast they got it back to me. I had a question a couple days after and brought in laptop and they installed a new software for me to open some old saved emails which were not supported by Outlook with no charge, as well as answer a couple questions for me. I will definitely go back anytime I need to. Thank you Nem!
