  • The worst first class cabin ever. First class customers beware. They even advertise an upgrade program where you can upgrade last minute to first class for as low as $50. Horrible seats, old plane, not first class service, no entertainment center, seat only reclined as much as coach. The worst I've ever experienced. Tickets were pretty expensive and it's obviously a scam to get u to just pay for a basic seat that's bigger. You guys should be ashamed. I'll never fly US Air again.
