They are always changing scheduled days last minute. One day they were 6 hours late after cancelling the day before. But the worst issue is my new microwave was scratched/damaged. I reported this immediately with pictures. I was given the run around for 2 weeks and a strange couple came to my home that new nothing about microwaves. Told it would be taken care of. Two weeks later nothing had been done and I pay weekly service. Which they want cash only. I began to insist the part be ordered (that I found for them). They then wanted to put me on a conference call with the maid to argue who was lying (seriously?). Then I was told someone was lying in a nutshell and that I would get the maid fired if she didn't pay and on on. I refused to make their problems mine and felt this was very unprofessional. This was $142 repair. After getting off the phone I was sent a text services were canceled. I have almost everything on text messages. I'll see you in small claims court. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
