  • I haven't been to LensCrafters in many years - I was on a trip and wanted to get glasses done in a day - the price of their frames is outrageous - I don't mind that they carry the top designers with top prices but when the least expensive pair of glasses you carry is $100 then there is something wrong. Not only that but the staff made no effort to offer service - I had to go to the person standing at the counter and only got "yes, no, and I don't know" answers. I was also disappointed that once I had my prescription from the eye doctor ( who was wonderful) in that office that they just said "we don't have that strength lens" - no effort to check another store or offer any suggestions. Would never ever return to this store or recommend it - I am normally a "if you can't say something nice" sort of person but this was sub-par customer service.
