This is the message that I get constantly when I'm trying to do a playback . I call there and they apologize and say hopefully someday soon I will have faster Internet. And can I add that I have asked them numerous times to change my billing date and they will not do it , they are set in stone that my area has a billing date of one particular day and that's that. I have separated my cable from the Internet as Century Link will cut me off right away , and DirecTV has actually changed my billing date. This is not a great company I would not recommend them to anyone and when I move I will probably be getting rid of them.
