Loved this place. We were staying two nights at Delano and walked here twice for lunch. We loved Hubert Keller's more formal restaurant in Mandalay and thought we had to try this place. We walked in and and sat at the bar. The ambience here seemed trendy and cool it was a dimly lit and all the booths had TVs which was a nice added touch. Upon sitting at the bar we noticed the beer selection is huge with many options both on tap and in bottles. We decided to split a burger for lunch and decided on getting the Wagyu beef build you own burger. The build your own burger had so many options to choose anything from different sauces to different buns to cheeses, veggies, and meats you name it, it's likely an option. We finally settled on getting a Wagyu burger cooked rare with cheddar cheese caramelized onions on a pretzel bun with a red wine and shallot reduction. We also decided to get the garlic fries which were served with a garlic aioli. Our burger came out quick and they even split it in half and separated it for us which was awesome. The burger was cooked to perfection nice and juicy, and the fries were an amazing compliment for the burger. Needless to say that was hands down the best burger I have ever had. This place was everything I had hoped it would be and more. It was so good that we ordered the exact same thing the next day.
