  • Our friends wanted to try this, and even though I'm terrified of heights I said ok. We paid the extra for the open bar. We got lucky and it was only our party of four and only one other couple. I could see if it was a large group obviously you would have less opportunity to receive drinks and if your short like me less of a view. I think each pod holds 40 people, but I think that would be a tight fit. Our bartender was awesome. She was from Rhode Island. Sadly I have forgotten her name...uh we had already been drinking for quite some time before we got on the ride lol. Anyways she was very fast, personable with just the right amount of sass. She made sure everyone got drinks and made us some delicious shots. We enjoyed her company and her skills as a bartender. The view was pretty, but we had a great room on the 54th floor and I would say our view was just as good from there. It was worth doing once, but probably not something I would do again. The ride is a total of thirty minutes long. Drink fast to get your money's worth, if your lucky like us with a small party and a great bartender not too hard. A larger party....good luck.
