I've been a customer of CenturyLink for 8 years and all of a sudden my internet has started freezing on me. I have had them out to my house three or four times in the last couple months the last time the guy came out here on Wednesday the service was even worse than it's ever been. I am literally looking at a frozen screen listening to the audio of videos. I have been a major advocate for CenturyLink over all of these years and back when they were Quest. Their bills are less but their service is absolutely horrible. I'm going to be dedicating all of my time for the next week making sure my voice is heard anywhere and everywhere possible fervently expressing my distaste for this company that I've been a loyal patron to. If you are thinking about acquiring their services I strongly urge you to reconsider. Spend the extra $20 a month and go to Cox Cable that's what I'm in the process of doing right now. CenturyLink save your breath on calling customer service I've done that more times than I care to mention. They're not willing to do anything for me
