  • Absolutely shaved my head compared to what I wanted. Took the liberty to cut all the hair she didn't approve of, when I asked don't take that much damn length off. Then charged me $60 for the "trim" I wanted. Should've been the lowest price available. Fucking jokes if you ask me. Ludicrous women Reply: I hate to break it to you Mary but it was you. It was about a year ago, and the price for my length hair should've been about $35, I seriously regretted not just going to an Ulta or Regis salon for the better price and I've never had a problem like this at those ones but I wanted to help out local and was just disappointed because all the pics I saw on the site were great! Edit: I was very mistreated in your salon because you didn't do anything I asked. You did your own thing, adding products I didn't ask for, and over charging me for my already CHIN LENGTH HAIR. You cut it to the scalp and I wanted a slight trim. Yes, you do set your prices Mary and you had them posted on your yelp and in your salon, and from what I gathered from all the research I did I shouldn't have been charged that ridiculous amount. For short hair it literally said "$35" now wtf kind of shit is that that YOU charged me over $60 I even gave you a tip. This review may be hard to you, but I honestly don't care anymore. YOU desecrated my hair and you deserve to be called out for not standing by your word and good business owner ethics WHICH were posted allllll about your "great business."
