  • The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them a zero. I waited for my 8-12 slot all day today. Finally at 2, I called and they said they would be out by 5 and that someone would call me in a few minutes. At 3:45 I called again and found out that they had decided to reschedule me for the next day with out telling me! I lost a full day of pay and they offered me a whopping 20 dollars to make up for it. What ever happened to people who care? I am canceling my DISH horrible service!
