  • I got a new screen for my daughter's phone after she cracked it. I also bought a screen protector but due to a mistake, it didn't get put on. The phone got dropped again and the screen broke again. I called the owner and explained the situation. He offered to replace the cracked screen free of charge. The owner did the right thing and therefore has earned my business. This story should help him earn your business, too. Good people and good service.
