  • Adam came once and groomed my ShihTzu, did a good job. We tried to get him to come recently, filled out an online form, and got no responses. He finally called, we made a date, then he messaged me the day before and said it would be better if it was a day later. That was impossible, we went elsewhere. I really wanted this to work because my dog does not like going to the groomer. Unfortunately there was very poor communication, conflicting messages, and very slow follow up.
