  • Unbelievable. I typically go to the Mayfield COSTCO for free tire rotation, balance and nitrogen refresh and make appointments. This time I thought I'd make an appointment during lunch break and zip over to the Strongsville location for a 1 pm appointment. At 2:05 I get a call from them asking me where I parked my car, even though I'd told them. Looks like they pulled another similar color car in front of my appointment. Wait, it gets worse: Tire guy comes out,tells me my car is done and gives me another guy's paper work, which I sign and pocket assuming it was my car and wait at the counter for my key. Nope. The key was for someone else's car, as was the paperwork they gave me. They hadn't even started on mine. It's 2:30 and I'm still waiting. Never again. You get what you pay for.
