  • Pros: As a walk-in, I was the only patient in the waiting room, and waited about 10 minutes to be seen. Not a long wait time at all, so I can't complaint about that. And it's near my house, so it's very convenient. Cons: Without going into too much boring detail...I don't have a PCP because I'm young and healthy and, well, I am a PCP myself. The provider didn't introduce himself. I don't feel he listened to me, as he offered me costly treatments I definitely did not need (an expensive MRI, and nausea medications when I denied having nausea). At "immediate care," you'd think that they would offer lab results faster than a 3-day turnaround (it was a Friday afternoon, and was told I wouldn't get results until Monday). I ended up going to a free clinic and getting really good care (yes, at a free clinic) within an hour (I was dehydrated) and lab results in a few hours. I talked to billing about my concerns, and unfortunately they couldn't do anything about my dissatisfaction, so I paid the $180 note. I definitely won't ever go back as convenience is not an acceptable substitute for poor service. Worth mentioning, though, is that I was very pleased with Amanda from the billing department.
