Due to day light savings, I arrived an hour late for a screening. I was extremely confused when I thought the film was supposed to begin, yet no one had left the theatre. Anyway, I eventually figured it out, and had to go to Guest Services.
They fixed the problem, getting new tickets for the next screening.
Ticket Taker was snoozing when I initially handed him my ticket. He was awake enough to tell me what # theatre, so why didn't he let me know that the movie had already started??
Other minor annoyances:
- washrooms are only on the ground floor which really sucks if your movie is playing on the second floor
- there is also a lot of wasted space with a concession stand on the 2nd floor that is NEVER operating
- not all of the ticket vending machines work
Otherwise this theatre is ok. I mainly go here due to the proximity and they always seem to be playing the movie that I want to see. I was satisfied that Guest Services was able to rectify my problem without any hassle!
