  • This place is cute but the overall experience is subpar. I didn't have an appointment but asked if they had an opening since all I wanted was a styling without the wash since my hair was freshly washed and just barely damp. Instead of them telling me they didn't and to come back which I would have completely respected, they squeezed me in with the front desk lady who proceeded to yank on my hair while brushing it out. She then yanked on my hair while curling it(mind you, it was still slightly damp). She treated me like I was a huge inconvenience and just abused my head. I would have rather just come back when someone was available than to be treated like crap. Please note they do not accept cash and pressure you to tip. Super disappointing
