  • Spent almost $1000 on 3 Levalor vertical blinds and the set in my dining room didn't meet in the middle. Installation people returned weeks later, said that they would fix it and I never heard from them again. Repeatedly called the store, they said it would not addressed but didn't. I finally called Levalor who immediately remade the headrail and sent it to me and said that Lowe's would be paid as an incentive to get it done. I paid for the blinds on 1/8. Today is 9/27 and the headrail is on my family room floor, my $400 window treatment doesn't cover the window and I have wasted over 160 hours on hold, sending emails, explaining the situation over and over, waiting for people who don't show up and I have no idea where to turn next. Levalor manufactures but doesn't have any recourse with the retail sales and installation people.
