In my experience, this is not a place to go for a professional massage. I first visited right after they opened. I told the masseuse that I was there for headaches and asked her to spend extra time on my scalp and neck. Instead, she vigorously scratched my hair...the way you would scratch a dog! It was bizarre. The room and bed were also freezing cold, although I realize I should have mentioned this. (I just kept hoping it would warm up.) Recently, I had a sore neck and Massage Heights was the only place I could get a same-day appointment with, so I decided to give it a shot. While I was waiting in the lobby, the masseuse came out and whispered to the receptionist that she felt sick. They then had a whispered conversation, and I heard the masseuse say she felt like throwing up. Then, she turned to take me back to the room! I asked her if she felt sick and she said yes, she was going to mention that she was nauseous. (Then why didn't someone say that up front?) I ended up leaving because no one else was available and I didn't want a massage from someone who was sick or might throw up. Disappointing.
