  • The newest location out of all the Alley's out there so far. Located nearby Warden and Steeles in a mini plaza next to the T&T. Came here on one of their soft openings and on their second day grand opening where they were giving away another additional free 100 drinks. As usual for most bubble tea grand openings service and line ups are quite long and take longer to get your drink but its typical. But hey free drink why not?! The layout is much better than Hwy 7 and Unionville. There is more seating and the waiting/ordering area is more open concept. The space lets customers sit and enjoy their drinks with friends without having to find somewhere else to drink or bring it home. More available seating is always appreciated in bbt shops. The drinks are more or less the same at all locations. I got the Iron-godess milk tea with purple rice. Seems like this might be my new combination and not tapioca anymore =). For those who haven't tried purple rice, I would suggest trying it out. Plenty of parking within the plaza above and below ground. Pretty good location for people coming from Scarborough into Markham and not too far of a walk from the bus stops at T&T and south of Steeles.
