rev:text	Ty Christopher and crew. I am bumping this rating two stars for your dedication. Arrived this Sunday at 4:25 pm and spent almost four hours getting my neighbor lady's phone to work. She thanks you also. .......... Immoral, my next door neighbor, 85 years old, reduced service three days ago only to have ATT stop all service accidentally. Three missed appointments two of which I witnessed. Her husband passed away this morning @ 12:30 am and his relatives from Germany are unable to contact her with thear support and condolences. As of right now they are late for the 8:30-12:00 o'clock appointment I scheduled on her behalf. I am also a customer of ATT, I am debating whether or not to go back to TW if this service issue is not handled efficiently, now. They have wasted 12 hours of my time waiting on them with no valid excuse. ................ What I must say of UVerse is that their internet is ten times more reliable than TW's Roadrunner. On the negative is how many channels are not HD. Chiller being most prominent, since I like their quirky programing. But, CLOO, FLIX, most music video channels and INDIE channel are still in non-HD after all this time. Crap, I only watch a few channels and yet they remain standard. ATT can afford to advertise PPV in a multitude of channels for a single event. Some fights are advertised on three standard plus three HD channels, WTF. There are even HD and applications channels being used as infomercials. I spend my Friday evening hiding up to six channels when I notice the crap they introduce. I spend over $230 a month for UV450 and can't find crap on TV most of the time. Yet, ATT is better than TW any day of the week.
