Bad business ethics- repaired my iPhone 5 glass here about 3-4 weeks ago. Decent price I guess but what ever I just wanted my phone fixed. 3 weeks later the glass began to lift in one of the sides. I figured I would bring back when I had a chance to have them re-i stall.
My fault I dropped phone and it cracked. I fully admitted that to guy at counter today 5.9.15. Being I was here 3-4 weeks ago what can u do on price. He quoted me $30 more than what I payed before! He looked up my account and yup he found my previous price. He still wanted $10 more than what I payed before. I asked him if that made sense to him which he replied to with a no. Out of principle I will take my business somewhere else were they appreciate repeat business. REMEMBER that glass lifted 3-4 weeks after repair. So workmanship not great to begin with.
