  • This is a bad, bad company that you DO NOT want to get with. I really regret it and it has caused years of headaches, aggravation and lost money.It is the most expensive company in this area. Once you sign up the contract there isn't any way whatsoever to get out of it.Nothing like early termination fees.There is no way you can freeze the account either.SO NEVER SIGN UP FOR MONITRONICS!!! Even if you sell the house you cant cancel the contract. SO NO STARS FROM EXISTING CUSTOMER.Still 2 more years of paying over priced service.
