I contacted John Harrell (Internet sales manager) via e-mail regarding trading-in my corolla for a new Verano. John was very attentive but NEVER pushy. He made me feel very comfortable and about a week later I went to the dealership to meet with John. From the inception, everyone made me feel incredibly comfortable. The dealership itself has a very warm and "homie" feel to it. Nothing like the big, over-the-top dealerships you see now. I was in at 4:00ish and out of there with my brand new Verano- which I absolutely love- by 8:00 PM. I can't say enough good things about Coulter Cadillac, their entire staff, and ESPECIALLY John. I can honestly say they have made a customer for life. Best car-buying experience of my life!
