This review is entirely because of the excellent customer service I received from two of their representatives in the office. The technician and service were fine too, but I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to write a review if it hadn't been for Donna and Rachelle in their office. My HOA is responsible for any required termite treatments, and I spent 2 days, 12 phone calls, 2 emails and talked to 3 people trying to get them to provide me with a service slip from a treatment that City Wide performed a month ago. Once I finally thought to call City Wide, they sent me what I needed in less than 5 minutes. It's such a small thing, but it made a huge difference for me.
