  • Well of course I had to try the new Barrio in Willoughby. I've been to the one downtown and loved it. I met some of my girlfriends for happy hour. The restaurant is SO loud you can't even talk across the table let alone to the person next to you. I ordered one of the special tacos and it was just okay. I also ordered one of the small bowls and that was good. Drinks were fine and waitress was good, very attentive. If it weren't for how loud it was I would give it a better rating. Not sure if I would go back to this location. Zero ambiance!! I miss Olivor Twist (old restaurant in this location).
