rev:text	Absolutely the worst place to take your car. We visited Las vegas from California and on the 20th of June our Honda Crv car broke down near this place. Had someone here check out the battery and tested fine then narrowed it down to the alternator based on what happened. They were closing in an hour so agreed to leave it overnight and bought the alternator next door at Auto Zone. The mechanic said ready by 930a the next day, then called at 11a but over the phone it's the next car up done by 1230p. We showed up at 1p but car not even worked on yet, then after waiting another hour and asked how much longer they said another hour. So not until 330p the guy working there came up to me and said who told you that I needed an alternator. I told him the guy who wrote up the order yesterday, then told me that I needed a new air conditioner compressor due to sparks was flying under the hood and quoted me $430 just for the part. I had enough of these guys so I told them I'm towing this to Honda to have them look at it since I still have an extended warranty. The guy goes on about it depends how much I spent for the warranty I got, so I did not want to hear anymore of their BS. So they leave my car without power and windows down then pushes the car out of the garage when the tow truck came. Honda looks at it the next day and says I don't need a new compressor so they just did a few adjustments to it and powered up my car. Honda did mention that I needed a new power steering pump that my warranty did cover, so I paid less than Tire Works quoted for a part that I didn't even need. Honda asked where I initially took my car to that left my car without power with the windows down and shook their heads when I mentioned this place. All reviews on Yelp require at least one star but this place really deserves a zero.
