  • Service center is useless. I have had to use them for two separate warranty issues on a 2014 Jeep. First time car had to be towed in twice to repair an electronic fault. Now a couple of months later I have had to return twice in 24 hours to try and get them to replace a dead battery thats under warrantee. Had to get aaa to jump start me and brought it in the Service rep they would fix it. 5 hours later i pick up the car. Service rep tells me that the battery "tested" good and all they did was charged it. I questioned the logic, but was told that Chrysler would not swap it out because it was good. We'll 20 minutes lnd one stop later i was callin the dealer to come and give me a jump. Went back to dealer and still had to convine them to change it out. Srrvice lady still had to go bak to some manager to get approval. Thanks ernhart Chrysler Jeep for wasting my time and screwing my weekend plans. Next time will just have to drive a little further to try and find better service.
