  • Terrible service. We were scheduled to get our carpet installed between 9:00 and 11:00. Installer didn't arrive until 4:30. When the Installer arrived he said we didn't pay for him to move any furniture. We are handicapped yet he didn't care and had us move the couple pieces of furniture. Also we had indoor outdoor carpet down. We had someone pull it up because the guy who came out to measure said if we pulled it up, the Installer would scrape the glue off of the concrete prior to installing the new carpet. Well that never happened. The company said they didn't need to because it was going to be under padding. This is crazy. Why pay for new carpet if it's going over a dirty floor. Do not use this installation company. They have no customer service skills. We will be contacting the BBB.
