| - I came here recently for a holiday party. The inn was decorated with lovely Christmas decorations, and just looked so warm and welcoming. The staff were quite friendly, and took our coats immediately upon entering. There were different areas with food, which included cheese platters with roasted veggies and crackers. The other rooms had mini burgers (angus beef, parmesan eggplant, or chicken tikka) with brioche buns and fries in mini paper cones. They had three different types of fish that were all cooked differently and also lots of shrimp with cocktail sauce. I saw lamb chops as well, but didn't dare touch them since it was too raw for my liking. In the last two rooms with food, there was pasta, artichoke/spinach dips, and of course a dessert platter to spike everyone's sugar levels way up high. The lay out is quite wonderful because it flows through each room, and you ultimately end up in the dining area with views of the garden. The windows are large, so natural like can seep through. It is quite a beautiful place, and a wonderful spot to stay for out of town guests- not to mention an awesome location to have a holiday party as well ;).
