  • Do not use Advantage Rent-A-Car at Sky Harbor. The car we were given was filthy, cigarette burns on upholstery, trash left inside, scratches all over outside. When we signed in at counter, we were charged more than we were told it would be for extra driver. We spoke to manager but got no where. We appealed through our credit card for an adjustment based on the worst rental car we ever had and being charged too much but the car rental just submitted the contract to the credit card company and refused adjustment. I learned my lesson. Never rent the cheapest car rental on aarp travel center without going to the internet and reading reviews. Had they adjusted our bill, I wouldn't have written this horrible review. Beware!! Do not use them!
