  • I had an emergency issue with my hot water heater at 1pm on a Friday. I called my home warranty company to see if they could send someone within 24 hours. I was called back 15 minutes later with the home warranty rep saying Willy from Call-US Plumbing would be calling me shortly. Long story short the water heater had to be replaced (it was only 4 years old). From my call to the home warranty company to completion of new hot water heater installed was 4 hours. Willy was extremely professional and polite. I would use Call-US Plumbing now regardless if it was something that wasn't covered under our warranty.
