  • My husband has gone to this doctor for several years and has been happy. I went 2 years ago and didn't have any issues. This year has been a nightmare from start to finish. I went in and had my exam. I was asking the Dr. a question and discussing my eyes and he told me to shush. I can't wear contacts and their glasses selection sucks. I ended up getting the same glasses I've already had for 2 years. After 3 weeks, my glasses finally came in. I drove all the way over there, and they ordered the wrong glasses. I told Jeremy at that time I would like my prescription and to cancel the order because I was going somewhere else with a better selection. He advise it wasn't possible due to my insurance. You would think due to their error, they would have rushed my glasses but they didn't. It's been 2 weeks and they called to advise they're in. I'm not thrilled and not sure I want to risk driving all the way over there again. I won't be returning to this doctor. And I will be contacting my insurance to take them off the preferred list.
