  • If you're looking for an outstanding experience in service and exquisitely prepared cuisine, Bouchon should be at the top of your list. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left, there was no lack in finesse from the waitstaff. The charcuterie board had a great balance of flavors from the saltiness of the pate to the sourness of the pickled vegetables. I had the trout, and it was seared well with a buttery texture that melted in my mouth. My friend had the roast chicken, the meat was tender and the sauce brought together the flavors of the parsnip purée and chicken. For desert, the lemon sabayon rounded out the meal with a punch of lemon and crunchy tart crust. Altogether, a meal full of well balanced flavors and a team clearly sophisticated in the art of fine dining.
