  • Holy Crap! Bruxie's new Holy Chicken! waffle sandwich is the highlight of my morning. First off, whoever thought of using a waffle as sandwich bread was brilliant. Sandwiched inside was a peppered fried chicken breast, two strips of bacon, cheese, some special sauce (I think chipotle or spicy mayo, I have no idea) and an over-easy egg. Sounds like a mess right? I thought so too until I saw the picture on the menu (I took a picture so you can see too). I was full when I was half way through my sandwich, but I knew if I stopped eating, I would regret it. This restaurant is new to me, and Las Vegas' arena Park area. Thank goodness they have locations throughout Southern California.
