  • 5 of us went to the new location last night. The food was great as always, but the service was really bad. We had reservations and they sat us right away when we got there. The waitress came in and asked for our drink order. We ordered A pitcher of margaritas, waters and started with some guacamole. The waitress came back with four waters about five minutes later. One short of the five we asked for, no big deal... next another server came over and did our table side guac. She did a great job but unfortunately we didn't have any chips (or salsa). About five minutes after the guacamole was made our waitress came back with chips and the other water. We then asked about the pitcher of margaritas, and she said they were not ready yet. We then sat there for 15 more minutes and our waitress never came back. I finally got up and went to the bar and saw our pitcher and glasses sitting there. I asked the bartender if that was for my table and explained we been there for 25 minutes waiting for those and hadn't seen our waitress in 15 minutes. The bartender was great and immediately brought the margaritas to our table and apologized for our wait. The bad service continued after that though. Our water glasses were empty and we ran out of chips. We asked our waitress for a refill of waters and more chips and waited several minutes before we received them. She did not clear one plate from our table the entire time. It wasn't that busy so it was extra annoying how bad the service was. I had gone to the location on East Boulevard several times and have been to the Park Road location a lot as well and never had bad service. I'm hoping this is just because it opened recently
