Not many of us have to go into banks much anymore. So I suppose I can understand that you don't have a full staff just waiting to help anyone who walks in. But on a Saturday in South Phoenix folks should expect to see some foot traffic.
We were bringing someone there to open a new account, and we waited about 30 minutes to be seen. Only one girl could help us with everything, the other girl was in training (hope for the future) and couldn't do much more than hand us some paperwork to fill out. This gave us lots of time to sit back and watch the line. It was pretty consistent, though never more than 4-5 folks in line at a time. So not too bad.
The parking in this place is a mess! We saw 2 accidents almost happen just during that visit. The inside itself isn't too bad, a bit run down, but it's not particularly dirty or falling apart either.
While I know I'll end up going again, never again on a Friday or Saturday - if I can avoid it.
