  • I am so impressed with the service I received today from PlumbSmart and my new plumber, Tom. I had been gone for almost a week and knew I had a leak problem before I left but had to leave to go out of town, so had to turned off the water to the house. When I turned the water back on, the leak started again, of course. I thought for sure I would have to spend the night in a hotel since I did not get back into town until almost 3pm and thought I would have to leave the water turned off. When I called the extremely polite dispatcher, he told me they would have someone to my home in two hours or less. Tom the plumber arrived about an hour later. He was quick, efficient, polite, personable, professional, tidy, and extremely reasonable as far as cost. I will definitely call PlumbSmart again when I need plumbing services in the future.
