  • I have lived in Las Vegas for 35 years and have eaten at most the restaurants here. I would not go back here, I was very disappointed. The food was ok, however we waited a long time, it came out cold and our waiter or the manager didn't really care. On top of that we had to wait a while after asking for more wine and hot water. I would not go back here again. The service and attitude of the waiter and manager was completely not customer friendly, they both lacked of any caring if we came back or not, that the meal was cold and the manager didn't seem to care that her waiter was completely disrespectful to the customer. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody I know nor would I ever go back!! Hugo's cellar is still the best restaurant downtown and should not be missed by anyone in or coming to Las Vegas.
