  • Yelp should have an option of giving zero star because this place does not deserve any stars. First of all I booked with them about a month ago. Then on Monday I confirmed my appointment with Heather. She's not available and Shelby will be taking her place for my appointment. Which is okay with me as long as a professional does my hair, i'm okay with any of their stylist because I've seen their work on Facebook. So today I came in (mind you I live 20 mins away from this place). Got there on time at 12noon. There was one stylist Berlin who asked me if I have an appointment and I said "yes I have a 12noon appointment with Shelby". And she said "okay, I thought you were my 12noon client" and stepped out. So I was left there in the salon by myself and started messaging them on their Facebook. I snapshot our conversation. So be the one to judge how unprofessional this people are!
