  • Great recovery at the groomers today. Would have been 5 stars all around if we didn't have to come back. Our pup was at groomers from 7-1 with Ron and I was called and told he was done but unable to trim his face. But he never had an issue before with Diane, who unfortunately wasn't in. So today we came back for 10min while Diane did the job. We discussed our issue with the manager as well and he was fantastic, no charge of course for the job and very professionally handled. Great staff here, but sad to say our experience with Ron was not good and my little guy looks like a weed wacker got a hold of him thankfully it's a short cut!!!! But his face is cute as ever thanks to Diane:). She's the best!
