  • Been following this guys since they started, went to the new location to try to sell some shoes, they decided to pass which was not an issue, the problem is the staff. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a guy sitting next to the owner, the owner did not even acknowledged us. Walked to the front of the store and everyone just stared not one "can I help you" or "hello". Asked where I could consign some shoes and was pointed to the back had a younger guy look at my shoes was willing to take them, another owner showed up and told him to pass on them which again I understand. What upset me is that the shoes were nicely packed and the younger kid just put them in the box with no regard. I told him I would pack them my self and they laughed. Horrible experience having sold shoes with them before. It's understandable that you get all kinds of people there but customer service is what makes a business, all the hype you get and you can't even be respectful to the customer. The only nice person was an older lady as we were walking out. She actually said have a nice day and smiled everyone else just seems wore out.
