  • The staff for the actual bus depot are great. But the station clearly has not been maintained for the last decade or so. Arrivals are across the street with no where for the people waiting to go inside, or sit, all you can do is loiter around, with no access to the arrivals board to see if the bus is on time. The up escalator is permanently broken. The vendors add 'surcharges' without telling you first.
