  • This is the WORST customer service and experience I've ever had at a hotel, and that includes hostels from when I traveled in Europe. First off, their suites boast marble floors. Once checking in after paying the upgrade, there is nothing marble about them. I paid for the upgrade to a suite and my friends who just booked the standard rooms were upgraded to a room twice the size of mine. They were also comped breakfast every morning when I was only comped one breakfast of my 4 day stay. Once I started playing, I spent more money than any of my friends, spent more time playing, and never got comped a single thing, not to mention I was a previous player, my friends who were there for the first time were treated like royalty. Back to the room though, the main light in my room was broken and it took them 2 days to fix. the last night I was there, the light in the bathroom went out. The walls were paper thin and I could hear every conversation the guest in the next room had on her phone, as well as what the person on the phone was saying. When contacting front desk and casino staff, I was left with no answers to my complaints and was treated rudely by the management, hung up on, and disrespected. They do not know anything about customer service or how to retain guests. Take my advice, chose ANYWHERE else in Vegas BUT HERE.
