  • do not use this firm! i repeat, save yourself time and grief by not using this firm! linda is out of her fucking mind! she is the worst "employee" i have ever encountered at a business! she said very rudely that they did not take my kind of case, which she could have said right away once i told her the nature of my malpractice. but instead, it appeared she just wanted to hear the story, even asking the doctors name and getting mad when i told her as if she knew him or they represented him, finally hanging up on me. i called back to speak to one of the partners about her behavior , since i was on my office line it is recorded, i offered to send over the audio and the receptionist said both partners declined, she also hung up on me twice by the way, which tells you everything you need to know about this firm! they dont care about customer service or anything like that, all they care about is getting your money and moving on to the next case. i was not upset they didnt take my case, as i just started looking for an attorney today, so my list of prospects is long, it was just inconceivable that you could call a professional service and be spoken to and treated like that, by the entire staff and not be able to muster at least one level headed adult that was willing to be professional. you can find better firms, avoid this firm
