They make their udon noodles in house. I came with five other friends. We got the Vongole (clams), Carbonara (creamy with bacon), Seafood Tomato Cream, Uni Cream Pasta with extra uni, and the Mentaiko (codfish roe) Udon. In addition, we also tried the plum onigiri, ikura onigiri (triangular rice ball), and the spicy pork onigiri. Flavors were solid. The udon was as Taiwanese would say "QQ." It was bouncy/al dente.
The meal doesn't blow me away, but everything was solid enough and prices reasonable enough that I could imagine putting this into my rotation. Yum!
