  • Have been going to this car wash for 15+ years. Has always been adequate but not great. Took my Suburban and my wife's Escalade (yes she gets the nicer car) there today and paid for their top of the line wash on both. What a cluster. The job they did on my Suburban was terrible. Windows not complete. Water spots. A bird poo still on the hood. Did anyone even look at it before they called it complete. We left the cars there for 45 minutes while we ran to the store. My car was done and sitting to the side and as noted above not looking good and quite honestly I had to double take just to see if it had been even rinsed off. They were just pulling my wife's car up to start drying it when we got back. They were dropped off at the front of the line together and 45 minutes later they haven't even started drying it yet? Her car ended up being just as bad and took over an hour to get it done. Come on people. Have some pride in the job you do. I typically buy a book of washes here and these were my last two coupons. Don't think I will be going back. Certainly not if I have to re-wash it.
